Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Worshi you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Worshi is a worship management platform for churches. We provide tools for songs, setlists, projection and team management.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. One person creates the organization (church) and can invite members.

4. Content and copyright

Worshi is a management tool. The content you enter (lyrics, chords, images) may be protected by third-party copyrights. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights or licenses for the content you add to the platform.

If your church uses copyrighted songs, we recommend obtaining an appropriate license (such as CCLI or an equivalent in your country) that authorizes the reproduction of lyrics and chords within your congregation.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license solely to store and display that content within the service to members of your organization.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Worshi to:

Enter content that is illegal or for which you do not hold the necessary rights or licenses
Distribute or publicly share copyrighted content outside your organization
Attempt to access data from other organizations
Abuse the service (spam, intentional overload)

6. Intellectual property policy

Worshi respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you are a copyright holder and believe that content on our platform infringes your rights, you may send us a notice at copyright@worshi.com including the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Description of the allegedly infringing content
Your contact information
A good faith statement that the use is not authorized

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the content in question. We reserve the right to suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Plans and payments

Worshi offers a free plan with limitations and paid plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. There are no refunds for partial periods.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Worshi is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses arising from the use of the service, including data loss.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms. We will notify you by email if there are significant changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
