Comparison
ProPresenter is production software for the church. Worshi projects the service, even without internet, and also gets the team who plays it ready and translates the sermon live, for less money. Here's how they compare.

GWho Worshi is for
If the person projecting is also the one playing, if the setlist is put together by several people during the week, and if your musicians need the chords in their key. Preparation lives on the web: you build it from home in any browser, and on Sunday you project with the free app for Mac or Windows.
Worshi covers what goes on the screen, plus the part that happens before Sunday: the chords, each musician's key and who plays what.
Every song stores its chords in ChordPro and transposes by semitones, up or down. Each musician keeps their own key for that song without changing anyone else's.
During the service, every musician follows the lyrics and chords on their phone or tablet, each in their own key and turning their own pages. Works with Bluetooth foot pedals that send the page-turn keys.
Plan the order of service and assign team positions (vocals and instruments) for each service. Invite your team and everyone sees what they're on, with no endless message threads.
Songs, setlists and slides are prepared in the browser, so the church laptop and the one at home see the same thing. To project on Sunday, you use the free desktop app for Mac and Windows.
The livestream output is a web address with a transparent background: paste it into an OBS browser source and the lyrics appear over the broadcast while you project with the desktop app. No capture cards, no NDI.
The interface is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan, and chords can be shown in American or Latin notation. Useful when your congregation or your team speaks more than one language.
Live translation
Worshi listens to the sermon and, a few seconds later, delivers it translated: as subtitles on the screen and on the stream, and with a voice that reads it in the other language. No interpreter, no special equipment: the computer that runs your projection, with the desktop app, and the audio from your mixer or a microphone.
On the projector and on the stream, with the size, position and background band you choose.
A voice reads the translation through the audio output you choose: speakers in a separate room, or headphones.
The preacher's language is detected automatically: a guest speaker doesn't mean changing anything.
Subtitles in the same language as the sermon, for people who are hard of hearing. Uses half the hours.
Included in Pro and Premium, with hours every month. See pricing →

For most churches, yes: it projects lyrics, verses, images, videos and PDFs, with fades, blackout, a stage display and a streaming output, from its free desktop app for Mac and Windows, which also works without internet. And it adds what happens off the screen: the chords and each musician's key, the service on the band's phones, team assignments and live translation of the sermon.
Their site doesn't advertise interface versions in languages other than English, though it does offer Bibles in more than 130 translations and more than 25 languages for projection. Worshi is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan, which helps churches whose team or congregation speaks more than one language, and it shows chords in American (C, Dm, G7) or Latin (Do, Rem, Sol7) notation, whichever each musician prefers.
ProPresenter is a subscription: in October 2026 its site lists $29 a month or $289 a year per seat on the Standard plan, $59 a month or $649 a year on the 20-seat Campus plan, and a 14-day trial. Worshi has a free plan to get started; Pro costs €19.99 a month and Premium €67.99, VAT included. You get 15 days of Pro when you sign up, no card required, and then you choose a plan.
Yes, with AI import on the Pro and Premium plans: paste the song text, upload a PDF or take photos of your songbook, and Worshi rebuilds the sections and where each chord goes. It's worth checking the result before saving. You can also type them into its chord editor, in ChordPro.
A computer that can handle full-screen video is enough. The setlist is prepared in the browser on any computer, and to project on Sunday you need Worshi's free desktop app for Mac or Windows: it's what drives the congregation screen and the stage display. ProPresenter, being installed production software, publishes its own requirements on its website.
Nothing: Worshi's desktop app downloads your services to the church computer and keeps projecting even if the internet drops, and anything you change in the meantime syncs automatically when the connection comes back. Only live translation needs internet.
Sign up and start with 15 days of Pro for free, no card needed. Afterwards, your church stays on the free plan.
